Nicola truly cares about her clients and their families. Having lost her dad at just 58, she knows firsthand how important the right protection can be. This drives her passion for making sure every client has the best insurance in place, giving them peace of mind for whatever life may bring. Affectionately known as the ‘Protection Geek,’ she goes above and beyond—so much so that she’s even launched her own podcast to share her knowledge!
With a warm, down-to-earth approach, Nicola puts herself in her clients’ shoes, making the process simple and stress-free. It’s no surprise that so many come back to her time and time again, as well as recommending her to their friends and family.
At the weekends, Nicola is busy with mum duties, enjoying sunrise hikes in the hills, keeping fit at the gym, and getting involved with Henry’s school and local business networking groups.

Laura’s personal journey fuels her dedication to helping others. Diagnosed with breast cancer at just 26, with a one-year-old daughter, she understands the profound importance of having the right protection in place. Thankfully, she had taken sound advice a few years prior, and now she’s committed to ensuring others receive the same clear, compassionate guidance.
Friendly and approachable, Laura specialises in making complex topics easy to understand, especially for young families seeking to safeguard their futures.
Recently married, she is a mum to two lively daughters, Laura balances family life with home renovations and her role as ‘mum’s taxi’. When she does get a break, she’s happiest soaking up the sun on a well-earned holiday.
Recently qualified as a mortgage adviser, Laura combines her extensive protection knowledge with over a decade in the property industry. Known for her thoroughness and tenacity, she’s dedicated to helping clients navigate their financial journeys with confidence.

Guy’s knowledge and commitment are second to none. Clients often say he has a knack for making a stressful process feel calm and manageable. One of the nicest people you could meet, his endless patience and reassuring nature make him easy to trust—especially when guiding clients through big financial decisions, from mortgages to more complex later-life lending.
With customers at the heart of everything he does, Guy is passionate about delivering the best possible service. His dedication shines through in the glowing feedback he receives, and he takes real pride in helping people secure the right solutions for their future.
A true family man, Guy enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Sue, and his grown-up son. He’s also a proud supporter of local charities, including The Christie and St Ann’s Hospice, who cared for his dad in his final days. A fitness fanatic, you’ll often find him at the gym, keeping as active as ever!

Sharon is an experienced Mortgage and Lifetime Mortgage Adviser who believes in making the mortgage process as clear and stress-free as possible.
She takes the time to truly understand each client’s situation, ensuring they get the right advice tailored to their needs. Whether she’s helping, home movers, or those looking to remortgage, or those exploring later life mortgages, Sharon’s approach is always consultative, holistic, and focused on achieving the best outcome.
Passionate about helping people, she prides herself on delivering expert guidance with warmth and transparency—building long-term relationships based on trust. She knows that financial decisions can feel overwhelming, so she’s there every step of the way to offer reassurance and clarity.
Outside of work, Sharon loves nothing more than spending time with her husband, two teenagers, and their beloved French Bulldog. A nature lover at heart, she finds peace in long walks by the sea—her perfect way to recharge.

Zander has been a key part of the Sphere team for over 10 years, and if there’s one thing you can count on, it’s his attention to detail and determination to get the best outcome for every client. He knows mortgages inside out, isn’t afraid to challenge lenders (or the rest of us!), and always goes the extra mile to make things happen. If there’s a way to get it done, Zander will find it.
Outside of work, life is just as full-on. As a Dad of three, his weekends are a blur of rugby pitches and basketball courts—though he’s not always entirely sure which one he’s meant to be at! With the support of his lovely wife, he somehow manages to keep up with it all.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and fiercely committed to his clients, Zander is a vital part of the Sphere team.

Heather has been part of the Sphere team for two years, and in that time, she’s made sure the protection team runs like clockwork. Thorough, organised, and seriously fast, she keeps everything in check, making sure no detail is missed and every client gets the best possible service. If something needs doing, Heather’s already on it!
At home, life is just as full-on. As a mum to two boys, she’s always on the go—whether it’s family walks, holidays, or keeping up with their two dogs. She thrives on busy family time and, when she does get a moment to slow down, you’ll find her in the kitchen whipping up her famous brownies (trust us, they’re incredible!).
Friendly, efficient, and always one step ahead, Heather is a vital part of the Sphere team, and we wouldn’t be without her!

Cath has been part of the Sphere team for eight years, and if there’s one thing you can count on, it’s her ability to stay calm, organised, and on top of everything. She’s meticulous with the details, making sure every client gets the attention they deserve. No matter what comes her way, Cath handles it with ease.
Away from work, she’s a keen runner (we’re all in awe!) and loves heading abroad for sunshine and adventure. She lives with her partner, John, and when she’s not racking up the miles, she’s probably planning her next getaway.

Caroline is front and centre when it comes to looking after everyone. She takes the time to get to know people, always keen to understand what’s important to them—whether that’s colleagues, clients, or anyone who crosses her path. Warm, friendly, and effortlessly organised, she keeps everything running smoothly.
At home, life is just as busy! As a mum to three children (and husband Russ!), she somehow juggles endless hobbies, horses, and homework while still making time for herself. Whether she’s exercising or singing, she proves that good organisation is the key to making it all work.
Her ability to balance it all makes her a real asset to the Sphere team, and we’re lucky to have her!

Joe may be the newest member of the Sphere team, but it already feels like he’s been part of the furniture for years! Previously in the police force, life led him to a career change—but true to form, he didn’t sit back for long. With his usual determination, Joe set his sights on becoming a mortgage adviser and has recently passed his CeMAP exams. Now, his focus is on looking after mortgage clients with his confident, practical, and no-nonsense approach—after all, who wouldn’t trust a former policeman to protect their finances?
At home, Joe’s just as busy, playing the role of Dad taxi to his two children and making sure his family (including his wife) is happy and looked after. Whether it’s at work or home, Joe is always looking out for people, and we’re lucky to have him on the team!
