Ross gives all of his customers a very personal and individual service. As a dedicated family man himself, he knows just how to deal with families and their priorities in just the right way. He brings this empathy into every part of his advice and is dedicated to being ‘spot on’ with everything he does. Ross has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years, including working for a mortgage lender, compliance network and over 13 years advising on mortgages and insurances giving him an in depth knowledge of the industry. Ross is a “keen” runner, he uses these runs as an excellent opportunity to raise money for Sphere’s chosen charity partners.

Nicola really cares about her clients and their families. Her Dad died aged just 58 and because of this she has a passion for making sure all her clients are protected with the best insurance policies. Affectionately known as the ‘Protection Geek’ – she really will go the extra mile.

She is brilliant at putting herself ‘in your shoes’ and her simple and friendly approach means that her customers, their friends, families and colleagues come back to use her time and time again. She’s been advising on mortgages for over 25yrs and that experience shows. (hopefully not on her face 😉)
Weekends are spent doing lots of fun Mummy duties, and not so fun Mummy chores! Nicola along with David and son Henry, love taking office dog Arthur out for walks in the local countryside.

David loves helping out with even the most complicated of cases, a history of dealing with complex self-employed clients and new build purchases brings out his ability to find routes through for the best possible outcomes for you.

He has been advising for nearly 20 years now, non-judgemental and clear, he has a loyal group of clients who have been with him for many years. David really helps you get to where you want to be.

At home he is usually running around after his son Henry and spending time with wife Nicola and Arthur the office dog.

David is a keen sports fan, a long time rugby player and he’s just decided that 47 years old is the perfect time to take up boxing!

Guy’s knowledge and commitment is faultless. Clients often say that he has a knack of making a stressful process calm, he is one of the nicest people you could meet, making him easy to trust. Customers are at the heart of what he does and believes in providing the best service for his clients at all times. He believes passionately about what he does which shows through the feedback from his clients. Guy is a dedicated family man, and supports local charities including The Christie & St Ann’s Hospice who he refers to as ”Angels” after they looked after his dad in his final days. A fitness fanatic and keen gym goer and can often be found out walking with his labradoodle.

Sharon is an experienced adviser who takes pride in getting the right result for her clients. She covers the entire mortgage market from first time buyers, home movers right through to later life lending, which is an area that she has specialised in, of late. She has helped 100’s of people over the years and has a friendly, bubbly approach. When not working, Sharon spends time with her husband, two teenagers and her Frenchie, as well as running a girl guiding unit and following her hobbies of paddleboarding, walking and finding time to relax with a good book.

Kate joined the team in 2020 and it was a bit of a baptism of fire, covid and home schooling two young sons, whilst starting a new job is a lot to juggle! Not for Kate though, she is SUPER organised and brings this organisation to the protection team. Kate is new to advising on protection products, but is firmly under Nicola’s wing and fully embracing the detail we at Sphere like to bring to this role!
Kate has settled into the Sphere world wonderfully and is loving help protect their families and loved ones.

Outside the office you’ll find her running a tight schedule of extra curricular sports and activities with her boys or smashing her own sessions at the gym.

Most long term clients will already know Zander, he’s been behind the scenes here for 8yrs, looking after all our clients, providing excellent service and a commitment that’s always gone the extra mile.

He’s deservedly now been promoted and is now looking after all our existing clients, helping them get new rates on existing mortgages, we wouldn’t trust our clients with just anyone!

When we let him free at weekend, he trains a local children’s rugby team and spends hectic family time with his wife and 3 children ( we think he was trying for his own rugby team ). 😉

Having been diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of just 26 with a 12-month-old daughter Laura knows the importance of receiving good advice when it comes to protection. She was fortunate enough to have received and taken good advice a few years earlier, which is one of the driving factors behind Laura’s passion to ensure young people protect themselves and their families and are given as much advice and information they need in an easy-to-understand manner. She is friendly and approachable and always happy to help.

Laura is now a mum of 2 very active daughters and is always on the go, between being ‘mums taxi’ and labouring on the builders at her home renovations, in her free time and as a self-confessed sun worshiper she loves her holidays abroad.

With a background of 10 years + experience in Lettings and Portfolio Management her ability to multitask is excellent.
