For our mortgage advice services we will charge a fee with a range between £49 and £499. These fees are as follows:
£499 – Complex Mortgage to include Debt Consolidation or Impaired Credit.
£399 – Standard Residential Mortgage.
£249 – Existing Sphere Financial Services Customer.
£99 – Application for additional borrowing from your current lender.
£49 – Product Transfer application with your current lender.
Our advice fee for an Equity Release Mortgage is £1,395.

My wife and I looked into changing our mortgage sometime ago and it seemed a nightmare of paperwork, meetings and more paperwork.
A round of golf with a friend saw myself introduced to Dave and the ball started rolling. No meeting just a couple of phone calls and we had a new mortgage. From there another telephone call with Ross and then onto the lovely Cath! I can't stress how much help all were. With a slight mess up by the solicitors ( won't name ) Dave, Ross and Cath took control and sorted out everything. The work they put into getting our mortgage sorted when above and beyond any expectations we could of had. Always on the other end of the line to help with paperwork, legal jargon and update on anything new. Days before completion coming in with an even better deal!
We would have on hesitation in recommending Sphere Financial Services to anyone and already have.

Sphere provided a very consultative approach, were extremely knowledgeable of suitable products in the market, and were very detail-orientated in navigating through the process. They were very adept at setting expectations that were fully delivered (and exceeded) across the partnership to advise in terms of a new mortgage, and associate insurance support. Zander has been absolutely fantastic through the remortgaging process. I would highly recommend Zander and the Sphere team.
